I placed an order for letters for an athletic jersey. After three weeks of only getting an email that the stitching had begun, I called to find out the status of my order as this was for a Christmas.

I was lied to, repeatedly, that the order had been shipped (that is on the rare occasion that they answered the phone). It is December 18th as I write this and I have received nothing and no refund. I ordered from another company at half the price and excellent service. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Avoid this company completely!!!

I highly recommend Stahls for any lettering /number needs. They were great!
